This Healing session offers 60 or 30 minutes of Distance Reiki Healing. Reiki can often help you to process, release or transmute energy on mental, emotional and physical levels. Reiki treats the whole person including the body, emotions, mind and spirit.

There is an unseen “life force energy” flows through us. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki channels that life force energy, also known as chi or prana, moves it through you and works to clear energetic blocks, restoring balance and promoting our own ability to heal on all levels.

You do not need to do anything during this session.  If you wish you may at the appointed time, relax and focus on your body and energy.  Like other energy healing, you may feel tingling or hot to cold sensations, emotional release, change in energy level or change in appetite.  The intensity of this experience is different for everyone.
