SHIPPING & RETURNS

When will I receive my order?

Items are typically shipped within 1-2 days or order being placed via USPS and will arrive 1-3 days from ship date.

 

Body Products:

All New Earth body care products are made in small handmade batches to assure quality and freshness.  This is how we are able to keep toxic preservatives out of our products!  Typically we will have all items in stock, ready to ship at the time or order. Occasionally for larger body care orders or during busy seasons there may be a short delay before your item is shipped, usually 1-4 days.  If this is the case, we will contact you with an estimated ship date.  Products are mailed priority mail using USPS and arrive within 1 - 3 days of shipping.  We appreciate your patience and understanding as this is our process and the best way to ensure high quality products.

Does New Earth ship internationally?  

Currently we ship anywhere in the United States.  We do not currently ship internationally outside of the United States at this time.

 

Processing Time

We don't ship orders on weekends or national (USA) holidays

"Processing" is the time needed to create, bottle and package your order *before* it's shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges:

Please contact us at Contact@NewEarthInfo.com within 3 days of delivery, ship item back within 7 days of delivery in its original packaging.

​Refunds:

Refunds are accepted for damaged or defective items only.  Return claims will be reviewed before a refund or replacement is issued.  If you have received a damaged or defective product, please email contact@newearthinfo.com with a description of the issue as well as photographs of damaged or defective product. within 7 days of delivery.

Returns:  

We do not accept returns at this time, but please contact us if you have any problem with your order.

Because of the nature of some of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on certain items.  These include:

  • custom or personalized orders

  • perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • intimate items (for health & hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

  • returns will not be accepted on these items

Due to our strict hygiene standards, we do NOT accept returns of any New Earth products that have been used, sampled, trialed, tested or have the safety seal broken, removed, altered, compromised or missing. Only products in their original sealed packaging may be returned. Once product is delivered successfully to New Earth in their original intact state, your funds will be returned or product will be exchanged.

Conditions of return for exchanges:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  If item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
